Duare Sarkar Camp List 2024

The camp has been organized by the government of West Bengal to provide the benefit of various welfare schemes to the citizens of the state. The benefit of these camps will be provided to the beneficiaries at their doorstep. Duare Sarkar Camp List will cover those people who are not able to get the benefit of various schemes because of a lack of awareness or lack of facilities to apply online. The government is going to organize the third phase of these camps from 16th August 2021 to 15 September 2021. Three camps have been set up by the government of West Bengal until now.

The first camps under this scheme were held in December 2020 which gave benefits to over millions of the people.
The free of cost services will be provided to the people of various existing schemes such as health insurance, pensions, scholarship and assured income for farmers.

Objective of Duare Sarkar Camp

There are many people of the state that belong to the backward section of the society who are not able to get the benefit of various welfare schemes. These people are not able to get the information related to various schemes due to the lack of communication sources. So to cope up with this problem, the government of West Bengal has organized Duare Sarkar Camp List to provide information related to the camps among the people of the state. With the help of this list, people of the state will be able to get to know where the camps are set up. Also, they will be able to get the benefit of various schemes under these camps.

The main objective of these camps is to provide the benefit of various government schemes to the citizens of the state.
This will help in removing the gap of communication between the people belonging to the backward section of the society and welfare schemes.

1.3 Crore People Visited Duare Sarkar Camps Till 24th August

As we all know that the government of West Bengal has organized Duare Sarkar Camp in order to provide the benefit of various welfare schemes among the poor citizens of the state. Around 84 lakhs applicants have applied for the Lakshmi Bhandar Scheme and 21 lakh applicants have applied for the Swasthya Sathi Scheme under these camps. As of 24th August 2021, more than 1 crore people across the state have visited the camps to apply for various schemes. The government will continue these camps till 15 September 2021. Around 16.5 lakh people visited these camps on Wednesday.

Duare Sarkar Camps will work continuously to ensure the doorstep delivery of the government services and benefit to the people of the state.
As it will bring welfare to the poor people that are not able to get information due to lack of communication.

Duare Sarkar Camps Portal

To ensure the camp management and integrated management information system, the government of West Bengal has created an online portal. With the help of the Duare Sarkar Camps Portal, citizens of the state will be able to get information about each and every camp that is present across the state. Also, the government has launched mobile apps for the smooth functioning of the camps. All the locations of the camps are now geo-tag. Almost 8 departments of the state government are included under these camps.

The Duare Sarkar Camp List will upload on the online portal.
These camps have reached over 190000 mentions and over 170 million people.

Duare Sarkar Camp List Implementation

For the successful implementation of these camps State Level Apex committees have set up by the state government.
The head of these camps will be chief secretary HK Dwivedi.
This state level committee includes the secretaries of other departments also.
The registration of the users will done at all the hierarchical levels on OTP based access to the portal.
The user can visit the camps with the help of schedule and location.
The integration of departmental schemes will done for the purpose of data sharing.
After that the door step delivery of the services will be done.
The robust IT system will develop for the scheduling of the camps with the location.
The time period of the camps are short in order to disseminate information immediately.
The official will also capture the real-time data of the user which are register in the various schemes.
This data will help in planning the infrastructures of the camp.
The IT system is use to report the key performance of the camps.

Implementation Procedure

The government has hired State Level Apex committees for better supervision. The registration process will be OTP based for the purpose of data sharing with the concerned departments. IT systems will also be set up for ensuring the door to doorstep delivery of the services. The IT system will help in measuring the key performance of the camps system.

Supervision Body

For effective management and supervision, the Government has hired a DM who will look up every activity taking place while running these camps. DM has been hired to ensure that no such kinds of activities will take place which will go beyond the rules and limits fixed by the government while carrying out implementation steps.

Duare Sarkar Camps Schemes Available

The different types of a scheme that are available under Duare Sarkar Camps are here below:-

Krishak Bandhu Scheme

In order to provide financial assistance to the farmer, the government of West Bengal has created a new scheme known as Krishak Bandhu Scheme. Under this scheme, Rs. 4000 per annum will be provided to the farmers to carry on their livelihood. Also, the family of the farmers will be rewarded with the death benefit of rupees 200000, if the farmer dies before the age of 60 years.

Manabik Scheme

A new scheme has been created by the government of West Bengal for physically challenged citizens of the state. Under Manabik Scheme, the physically challenged people of the state will be rewarded with a monthly pension of Rs.1000. The people who are 50% or more than 50% physically challenged will get benefits under this scheme. With the help of this scheme, these people will become self-independent and will be able to carry on their lives without worrying about any financial hurdle.

Aikyashree Scholarship Scheme

The government of West Bengal has created this scholarship scheme for the students who belong to minority communities such as Christian, Sikhs, Buddhists, Parsis, Jains, and Muslims. The main objective of launching the Aikyashree Scholarship Scheme is to provide a better future opportunity to the students belonging to minority communities. All the interested applicants who are pursuing the education from the class 12 Ph.D. label will be able to take benefit of this scholarship

Kanyashree Scheme

The government of West Bengal has created a new scheme to provide an incentive to the girls of the state. Under Kanyashree Scheme the girls from 13 years to 18 years will be able to get admission in class 8th to 12th. The financial assistance of Rs. 750 per annum will be provided to the girls for higher education. Also, the girls will be rewarded with the one-time financial assistance of Rs. 25000 after they turn 18 years under this scheme.

Rupashree Scheme

Rupashree Scheme has been created by the government of West Bengal in order to provide financial assistance to the poor people of the state at the time of marriage. The people will be rewarded with a one-time financial reward of Rs. 25000 at the time of their daughter’s marriage. Now the citizens of West Bengal are not required to borrow the money at higher rates. They can easily get financial assistance under this scheme.

Toposili Bandhu Scheme

A new scheme has been created for the people belonging to the scheduled caste category of the state. Under the Toposili Bandhu Scheme, the financial incentive of Rs. 600 will be provided to the people belonging to the scheduled caste. The beneficiaries are required to submit their scheduled caste certificate to get the benefit under this scheme. To apply under this scheme an applicant must be 60 years of age or above.

Jai Johar

The government of West Bengal has created a new scheme to provide the pension among the scheduled tribe category people of the state. Under this scheme, Rs. 1000 will be given to the beneficiaries who will show their scheduled tribe category certificate to the official. Also, the benefit of this scheme will be provided to the beneficiaries who are above the age of 60 years.

Caste Certificate

The beneficiaries of the state will be able to apply for the Caste Certificate under Duare Sarkar Camps. The government has created these camps in order to provide these facilities to the doorstep of the people who are not able to get them due to their weak financial condition. Now the people of the state don’t need to visit various government offices to apply for these documents, they can get these services at their doorstep

Swasthya Sathi Scheme

The government of West Bengal has come up with a new scheme to provide health insurance to the residents of the state. The name of this scheme is Swasthya Sathi Scheme. The people will be able to take the health insurance cover up to Rs. 5 lakhs. The benefit of this to the citizens of the state must contain a smart card. The citizen can get cashless treatment under this scheme.

Khadya Sathi Scheme

A new scheme has been created by the government of West Bengal to provide rations at subsidized rates to the poor people of the state. All the people who live below the poverty line and belong to the economically weaker section will be able to take the benefit from this scheme. The benefit of the Khadya Sathi Scheme will be provided to 4 crores people of the state. Also, the people of the state will be able to get 5 kg food grains at the price of Rs. 2 per kg.

Duare Sarkar Camp Total 18 Schemes Are Available

The government of West Bengal has organized Duare Sarkar Camp in order to provide the benefit of various welfare schemes that are launched by the state government. Until now two phases of the camps have been organized by the government which gives the benefit of 13 welfare schemes to the people of the state. On 16th August 2021, the government organized the third phase of Duare Sarkar Camp. Under the third phase of these camps, the government is providing the benefit of a total of 18 welfare schemes at 17,107 sarkar camps.

The government has organised around 32,830 camps under the first phase that is organised in December 2020.
Also this time the government is going to organise the camps in the flooded areas to provide the benefit to the rest of the people.

Duare Sarkar Camp 1.60 Applications Received

After organizing the Duare Sarkar Camps from 16th August 2021, a total number of 1.60 applications have been received for Lakshmir Bhandar Scheme. The total number of applications for last year was around 1.77. But the target of the government from the current year is to receive 1.60 applications for Lakshmir Bhandar Scheme only. This scheme is crossing the limits of applications. The objective of this scheme is to provide a monthly pension of Rs. 500 to the general category women and Rs. 1000 to the SC-ST women.

Other than Lakshmir Bhandar scheme, the people are also applying under other schemes like student credit card, social security scheme and Krishak Bandhu Scheme.
Duare Sarkar Camp will help those people who are not able to get the benefit of the various government schemes.

70% People Applied For Lakshmir Bhandar Scheme

As we all know that the government has organized the Duare Sarkar Camps in order to ensure that the people belonging to the economically weaker section are able to get the benefit of various schemes. The third phase of these camps has been organized by the government on 16th August 2021. Until now 15 lakhs applications have been received through these camps. Out of 15 lakh schemes, 70% of the applications were only for Lakshmir Bhandar Scheme. The remaining 30% of the application were for the schemes like Student Credit Card, Krishak Bandhu, Swasthya Sathi Scheme, Kanyashree, Rupashree, etc.

These camps are providing benefits to the several people of the state who are not able to reach these schemes.
With the help of Duare Sarkar Camp List, the people of the state are becoming self independent and self-reliant.

Duare Sarkar Camps DM Guarantee No Inconsistency

The district magistrate of the state will guarantee no inconsistency under Duare Sarkar Camps. The state government has directed the DM to take care of each and every activity that runs under these camps. Also, the DM is responsible to take care of the persons who attempt only to mint money by befooling people. The applicant doesn’t need to pay any single amount to take the benefit of various welfare schemes with the help of these camps. Each and every Gram Panchayat of the state has organized the camps from 16th August 2021 to 15th August 2021.

Around 857 Camps Have Organised On 16th August

As we all know that the government has organized Duare Sarkar Camps in order to ensure that each and every person of the state gets the benefit of various welfare schemes. The Government of West Bengal has organized the 3rd phase from 16th August to 15th September 2021. On 16th August 2021 I.e on the first day of camps, around 857 camps have been organized by the government. It was the Mega outreach project that was organized across the state. These camps have been organized at the level of Gram Panchayat and Municipal ward level

These camps will have officials to guide the people and help them to get registered under various schemes.
Through this, the people will be able to get the benefit at their doorstep to improve their standard of living.

Duare Sarkar Camps Phases

The government of West Bengal has created this scheme on 1st December 2020 in order to provide the benefit of various government schemes to the people belonging to backward areas of the state. Until now, three phases have been organized under these camps. The details related to Duare Sarkar Camp are as follows:-

First Phase Of Duare Sarkar

The government of West Bengal has organized the first camp from 1st December 2020 to 25th January 2021. These camps provide benefits to around 25 million people of the state. The validity of the first phase was for 55 days. Around 25000 camps have been organized by the state government to reach each and every needy people. The government has also created an online portal in order to ensure the regularity of the camps to help the poor people of the state.

Second Phase Of Duare Sarkar

In order to ensure that no poor citizen should be left to get the benefit of these schemes, the state government has organized the second camp from 27th January 2021 to 8th February 2021. All those applicants who were left to do the registration under the first camp will be able to register themselves under this phase. The government promotes transparency in the availability of the services to the people of the state.

Third Phase Of Duare Sarkar

Now on 16th August 2021, the state government has organized the third phase of Duare Sarkar Camps. These camps will provide the benefit of 18 schemes to the residents of the state. Previously the government was giving the benefit of only 13 schemes, which now have become 18. Around 17,107 Duare Sarkar Camps are going to be organized under this phase.
