The Government of Odisha has transferred another installment of Kalia Yojana on 12th February 2021. Approximately Rs. 1272 crore rupees have been distributed into the bank account of around 53 lakh farmers of Odisha. Every farmer of the Orissa state has been rewarded with Rs. 2,000 as the other installment of the Kalia Yojana. Now the Kalia Yojana New List has been updated by the government on the official website

Kalia Beneficiary List Objective

As we all know there are many farmers who are waiting for the next installment of Kalia Yojana. These installments help farmers to relieve themselves from debt traps. And for the same purpose, the government has updated the Kalia Beneficiary List. Now the farmers of Odisha state can see their name in the new list. This list helps farmers to get financial assistance from the government to provide monetary help to the farmers.

Facilitation Of Covid-19 Assistance

For providing covid-19 assistance, the Government of Odisha has provided financial assistance among the farmers who have previously enrolled under this scheme. Rs. 386 crores has been sanctioned by the government for benefiting around 18 lakhs landless farmers and to their families. This money has been transferred directly to their bank accounts through the mode of Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).

Kalia Yojana New List Important Guidelines

Some of the important guidelines issued by the government are as follows: –

  • Farmers can avail 0% of interest for getting Rs. 5 lakhs.
  • Beneficiary list will be prepared by the concerned authorities in the 3 phases at the PACS and GP level.
  • Mode of Direct Benefit Transfer will be used for transferring the amount of benefit.
  • Farmers will have to register their grievances by dialing this helpline number:- 1800 572 1122.
  • Missed call services has been enabled by the government for providing transparency in the work of services which they are delivering to their enrolled beneficiaries.
  • SMS as well a Voice Message will also be sent to the beneficiary.
  • Beneficiaries can also avail the whatsapp service enabled by the government for providing accountability to the services delivered to them.

Around 42 Lakhs Farmers Got Financial Assistance

The Chief Minister of Odisha Mr. Naveen Patnaik has transferred an amount of Rs. 920 crores in the bank accounts of eligible beneficiaries for providing financial assistance. Around 42 lakhs farmers have been able to get benefits under this initiative. This money can be used by them for purchasing agricultural commodities such as goats, chickens and ducks.

KALIA Scheme New List 2023

On 12th February 2021, Government of Odisha launched the New List Of KALIA Scheme so that the beneficiaries applied under this scheme will be able to track their application status. According to this new list, Rs. 25,000/- will be provided to each family for purchasing various commodities. There are around 53 lakhs farmers who have got financial assistance after launching of this new list.

0% Loan Assistance

Now the Government of Odisha has come up with the new initiative of providing 0% interest loans to the farmers who have to borrow loans from the banks for carrying out various agricultural activities. Farmers can avail loans upto of Rs. 50,000/- at 0% interest charged on it. This will put emphasis on the development and growth of the Agriculture sector.

KALIA Yojana Second Installment

The respected Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on 11 September 2021 has transferred the second installment under KALIA Yojana. Around Rs. 742.48 Converse has been transferred into the bank account of the beneficiaries through the direct benefit transfer method. The farmers under the scheme will get the installment of Rs. 2000 for the Rabi season. The government has provided the installment to around 37.12 lakh farmers of the state under this scheme. The chief minister has transferred the installment under this scheme on Saturday by single-clicking to The eligible beneficiaries

Puri District’s Farmers Got Benefit

On 3rd November 2021, the cherishable Chief Minister of the Odisha state disbursed the assistance of Rs. 33 crores into the account of the farmers belonging to Puri District. These farmers of the state have got the financial assistance of Rs. 2000 under KALIA Yojana. Around 165131 small and marginal farmers have got this assistance under this scheme. The government has launched this scheme in order to provide monetary support to the small and marginal farmers of the state in order to improve their living standards.

Kalia Yojana Final List 2022

As you all know the Odisha Government has launched this scheme in order to provide financial assistance to the small and marginal farmers of the state. All the interested applicants who have applied under this scheme can check their name in Krushak Financial Assistance Scheme Final List. Farmers of the state will have to complete their e KYC Aadhaar authentication in order to get the direct benefit into their account. 

Disbursement of Assistance to Over 37 Lakhs Farmers


On 11th September 2021, the respected Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik of the Odisha state disbursed the financial assistance of Rs. 742.58 crores. The financial assistance under KALIA Yojana has provided benefits to over 37 lakh farmers of the state. The Chief Minister said it is one of the best schemes for the Welfare of the farmer as it provides assistance of Rs. 2000 into the bank account of beneficiaries. Along with that the Chief Minister also advised the farmer to work on the advice of the department of agriculture in order to improve the situation caused by low rainfall in August.

KALIA Yojana 57,614 Sharecroppers Get Financial Assistance

As we all know that the Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has created Kalia Yojana in order to provide financial assistance among the small and marginal farmers of the state. The main objective of launching KALIA Yojana is to improve the living standard of the small and marginal farmers by providing them with income support. Until now 57,614 sharecroppers have received financial assistance under this scheme. Out of the total beneficiaries, the highest benefited sharecroppers are from the Ganjam district. The Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on the special eve of Akshaya Tritiya has credited the amount of Rs. 920 crore under KALIA Yojana into the bank account of approximately 42 lakh farmers across the state. He also congratulated the farmers on this special occasion for the financial help which is provided by the government. The financial assistance under KALIA Yojana will help the farmers during the time of financial constraints. Along with that he also praised the farmers for the sacrifices they made for the country.

Under this scheme, around Rs. 25,000 per family will be given by the government to the farmers to help them in 5 seasons for purchasing inputs like seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and use the leftover assistance for the labor and other investments.

  • These installments are also used in the small agricultural activities like goat rearing unit, mini layer unit, duckery unit, fishery kits for fisherman, mushroom cultivation, and beekeeping

Kalia Yojana Budget

On 21st December 2018, the Government of Odisha launched a new scheme known as Kalia Yojana to distribute financial help among the farmers of the state. And for the successful implementation of this scheme, the government has sanctioned Rs. 5115 crore budget for at least 43 lakh beneficiaries from the state.

  • And for the year 2021, the government has passed a new budget of Rs 3195 crore.

There are the top 5 benefits of Kalia Yojana that will be provided to the farmers of the state. Such benefits are given below

  • Assistance For Cultivation- the government will distribute Rs 25,000 per family to purchase seeds, fertilizers, pesticides and to pay labour fees and other financial investments which are going to be incurred for the Rabi season 2018-19 and onwards. This assistance will be provided to the small and marginal farmers for the five seasons
  • Assistance For Livelihood- Rs. 12,500 will be given to the farmers for agricultural activities like Goat rearing, mini layer unit, fishery kits for fisherman, mushroom for cultivation beekeeping duckery units. The preference will be given to the ST & SC category.
  • Interest-Free Crop Loan- Up to Rs. 50,000 crop loan will be provided to the vulnerable landless labourer’s cultivators, sharecroppers and Agriculture families. Only the gram panchayat has the authority to identify these agricultural families to develop and grow the agriculture
  • Vulnerable Household- Rs. 10,000 will be provided to the farmers who are vulnerable cultivators landless agricultural labourers having disability and diseases.
  • Life Insurance For Cultivators and Landless Labourers- The farmer whose age is between 18 to 50 years and having a savings account will get the insurance life cover of Rs 2 lakh at the rate of Rs. 330 out of which Rs 165 will be paid by the government of Odisha.

  1. My name shows in the Kalia Yojana Beneficiary list But when I check my status with giving my Aadhaar no it says please give the correct Aadhaar.
    In the beneficiary farmer list of PM Kisan, it shows 3 installments reject due to no such account.
    Shows Correction is pending at State. Please help me in this case. And edit my Aadhaar to Correction my status.
